AI Cheaters in Interviews
Back in the day, you could hear the click-clack of the keyboard when people were searching the internet for answers during an interview. More recently you may get the “Oh, I’m having technical difficulties with my camera, so this will have to be audio.” Or the frequent cough\sneeze attack as they stall for time as they await the generated answer. It would be comical if it weren’t a waste of time and effort. Now, with AI, the cheaters are more sophisticated, but there are ways to help sniff them out.
